Insurance accepted: In network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum/United Healthcare, and Medicare. I also accept Cigna EAP. Ask about other insurance coverage.

I am available for appointments Monday through Thursday with daytime availability.

  • Sure, if your insurance is listed above. If you don't see your insurance listed, a superbill will be provided that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

  • You are free to cancel your appointment through the client PORTAL or by contacting me HERE.

    Any cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment are subject to a late fee of $75.

  • I offer 15 minute free phone consultations to new clients to make sure we are a good fit and can work together to achieve your goals. You can set up consultations through the client PORTAL.

    If we don’t think we are a good fit, I’ll help you get connected to other professionals to get the support you seek.

  • All the policies are available through the client PORTAL. If you aren't yet a client and would like to see them, please CONTACT me and I will provide them to you.

  • The Work:

    Make sure to find a comfortable and confidential spot to meet by video. We will meet weekly or bi-weekly to begin. Be ready to explore and dig in to your concerns (in a non-judgmental and comfortable environment).

    The Results:

    Results (or growth) look different with each person. For example, your depression/anxiety may not get as big or last as long as it used to and you may be empowered with more tools to lessen your difficult feelings and thoughts. Or, you may find it easier to recognize and enjoy joyful or content moments.
